Katarzyna Grabarek

Katarzyna is a co-founder and Partner at Ques Since 2012. Her major expertise lies in leading recruitment projects for top and middle positions and management audit. For 14 years she had been working for Amrop including 4 years as a partner. Prior to this, she had been gaining her experience at Neumann Management Institute and KPMG Management Consulting where she had been responsible for recruitment projects for senior management positions and HR advisory.


Her experience covers managerial recruitment projects for leading global consulting companies, as well as strategic consulting and financial services sectors in Poland and the CEE region. Additionally, Katarzyna has got a long experience in leading projects for the Clients from sectors like FMCG, retail, services and production being responsible for recruiting specialists for financial, sales and marketing positions.


Katarzyna has MA in Applied Social Sciences from Warsaw University. Her postgraduate studies included Human Resources Management faculty in Business School of the University of East London.

Katarzyna Lemberg

Katarzyna is a co-founder and Partner at Ques Since 2012. She has got 15 years of experience in executive search which she has gained during 11 years’ work for Amrop and previously, at a leading local executive search company.


Her major expertise lies in supporting Clients’ businesses by recruitment of candidates for top and middle management positions for local, as well as CEE, functions. Katarzyna has also got experiences in managing advisory projects based on management audits and in assessments of employees’ competencies and development potential.


Katarzyna has had an opportunity to work for many business sectors but she has gained most experience in consulting , IT, telecommunications, financial services and FMCG sectors performing searches for general management, financial, sales and marketing functions. Katarzyna holds a degree in psychology and is certified in performing job competency tests by three leading global providers of psychometric tests.

Jacek Jaczyński

Jacek has joined Ques and became a Partner in 2019. He has got more than 20 years of experience in recruitment for executive, managerial and specialist positions which he has gained working as HR Manager and Director in international FMCG companies and private equity fund being responsible for recruitment to portfolio companies’ Boards. Jacek specialises in recruitment to the production and FMCG companies, as well as in searches for general management, financial, supply chain, sales and marketing functions. Using his experience in Human Resources management he also provides advisory services (tu bym dała przecinek) especially in change management, motivation, compensation & benefits, performance management and employees development.


Jacek has been working in HR for more than 25 years. In 1995-2003 working as a consultant and manager for Neumann Management Institute and Arthur Andersen he was advising companies in compensation and performance management. Then worked on managerial positions in Human Resources in Poland and abroad for Cadbury Wedel, Procter & Gamble and Grupa Żywiec. In 2010-201, as a Human Resources and Administration Director, he worked for Lotte Wedel and then he was responsible for HR in 11 companies in TarHeelCapital private equity fund.

He is an economist, graduated from The Warsaw School of Economics, The Foreign Trade Faculty. His postgraduate studies include Human Resources Management in The Andersen Academy and many business courses organised, among others, by IESE Business School.
